The first item I ordered off of DSM Parts was a Defi D-series boost gauge (which BTW, is a work of art). I was very excited to get this gauge and anticipated its arrival. When it got to me, I opened the case and was saddened to see that the needle was sitting off center (about 3psi off of 0).
Less than happy, I immediately called DSM Parts and spoke with a gentleman about the problem. He informed me that the Defi gauges have had similar past problems due to rough shipment which causes the gear teeth to jump, causing the needle to sit off center. Before I could say anything, the gentleman told me that arrangements will be made via UPS to pick up the old gauge, as well as send me a new gauge (which was all taken care of in less than a week). Better yet, this was without any more money out of my pocket. This proves that these guys really do care about customer satisfaction, even if they have to come out of pocket to make things right.
Since then, I have ordered numerous parts from DSM Parts and will continue to do so. The customer service level and product knowledge alone is well worth it!

Ive been very pleased with this website the day I started ordering parts off of it. I found this web site in many superstreet, turbo, and sports compact magazines and decided to give it a try. Ever since my 1st order, ive been a frequent user of this web site, the best deals ive ever found anywhere for DSM's. I highly reccomend any DSMer to this website.

On 4/6/05 I placed an order for front and rear Akebono brake pads for my '97 Spyder GST. As of 4/15/05 I had not received my package or a tracking number and called to inquire about my order. I was informed that they had been back ordered from the manufacturer and would be shipped out today (4/15/05). They expected a delivery date of 4/19/05. Needless to say, I was not happy. I was suprised when they offered to overnight my package for a Saturday delivery! I understand problems like these occur but it is highly unusual to find a company that it willing to break even, or even loose money on a purchase to keep a customer happy. Wow, talk about customer service! I will definately recommend DSMParts.com to my fellow DSM'rs.

This is your one stop shop for your dsm. Not only are these guys fast but have everything you need for your dsm. I have a Talon and have bought all my parts through dsmparts. hi, this is one of my favorite places to get parts for my insane car i'm building. i'm building a 1983 volkwagon rabbit, but its not just any rabbit. i cut out the whole inside rear passenger compartment and welded in a 1990 mitsubishi eclipse front clip. so basically i'm making a mid engine 4G63 powered monster. the parts here are so cheap and it seems like you have an awesome deal every time i come here. i have a very tight budget. so tight that there really insn't one at all. thanks for the good deals!
