A vehicle's exhaust system is one of the most important factors in engine performance. The pipe size and flow rate have a direct effect on horsepower potential. A high-performance exhaust system will allow additional engine modifications to come alive. Thermal R&D Exhaust Systems are hand crafted with maximum horsepower as their top priority.

Thermal Exhaust Systems are mandrel bent for high flow through bend areas. These systems are designed for bolt-in applications and are constructed of fully polished T304 stainless steel. Thermal R&D Tips are also built from T304 stainless steel and polished to a high luster finish. 3" Pipe, 4" Tip. Fits all turbo 2G Talon, Eclipse
